NOTICE OF REGISTRATION

TOWN OF MILLERTOWN

MUNICIPAL PLAN AND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS

 

TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Millertown Municipal Plan, 2024 and Development Regulations, 2024, adopted on the 13th day of December 2024 and approved on the 25th day of February  2025, have been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Community Affairs.

 

The Millertown Municipal Plan, 2024 and Development Regulations, 2024 come into effect on the day that this notice is published in the Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette. Anyone who wishes to inspect a copy of the documents may do so at the Millertown Town Office during normal business hours.
